Eligibility for Return
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
Condition: The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered in any way will not be eligible for return.

Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at return@jannahbags.com or through our website’s return portal. Provide your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting details (e.g., photos if the item is damaged or defective).
Return Authorisation: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return authorisation with instructions for sending the item back.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). In that case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label
Refund Policy
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Defective or Incorrect Items
